We are currently looking for a number of Technical Architects or technical analysts to design CRM Call Center client/server systems. You will be a  Technical support team member involved in data center support activities, Perform Unix administration, Perform database administration and have Project management experience

This role will have many of the following responsibilities:
· Prepare technical architecture implementation strategies and plans
· Design and implement infrastructures and environments
· Provide direction for strategy definitions and implementation for the technical architecture. Develop technical architecture work products including: vendor/supplier selection and benchmarking, system capacity planning, technology acquisition (vendor negotiations) and deployment.
· Demonstrated competency with performance monitoring tools, recommendations for system tuning.
· Implement technical standards/policies and procedures
· Design and implement configuration of Tuxedo and process scheduler
· Design and implement configuration of change control
· Assist with design and implementation of backup and recovery
· Assist with design and implementation of disaster recovery
· Assist with design and implementation and transition of promote to production strategy
· Implement and transition enterprise management strategy (system resource management, help desk, software distribution)
· Participate in system performance tuning
· Implement and transition security strategy for the architecture
· Implement and transition remote access strategy
· Assist to define ongoing technical support structure
· Share technical architecture and best practices expertise with team members
· Assist functional team with development of procedures for production error handling

Job Requirement Essential
Siebel. Multiple Siebel implementations. Experience with capacity planning, infrastructure design for sales force automation and/or call center modules. Second choices are strong architects with other SFA or call center design experience (Lucent, Nortel)
