Each employee receives considerable personal advice and support on our programmes for example, workshops are staffed by a
team of 2 consultants and the size of the group is restricted to a maximum of 10 participants. Fee levels remain highly competitive even though we provide each employee with unusually generous amounts of individual
attention.
Depending on your requirements, these workshops may be supplemented by ongoing telephone advice and / or a number of one-to-one follow-up meetings for each individual.

Wherever practicable, we meet the employer's representative
and the redundant manager to introduce ourselves and plan with you the programme of jobsearch support. Some managers only require minimal help (for example, a practice interview for an actual job vacancy before they
attend the real thing). Others prefer our extended programme of coaching on all aspects of jobsearch. Ongoing telephone advice can be provided to sustain morale and deal with practical difficulties during the jobsearch.
